Raise Your Baseline
Test, train and track your awareness. Personalised consciousness training built around your Baseline Test results. TRINITI is currently being built.
A Daily Consciousness
Training Programme
Take the Baseline Test, a multimodal assessment that maps your awareness across three dimensions and nine categories of consciousness. Discover where you stand. TRINITI will then build a personal training programme around your results, targeting the areas that need work and adapting as you grow. Every session feeds a global citizen-science programme advancing the research for everyone.
Three Steps. No Guesswork.
Test
Take the Baseline Test. A 36-question multimodal assessment that maps your consciousness across nine categories and three dimensions. Takes 20 minutes. Produces a profile unique to you.
Train
TRINITI will build a daily programme around your profile. Short, focused modules that target the categories where you scored lowest. Each session takes 10 to 15 minutes. The programme adapts as you progress.
Track
Monthly micro-assessments will measure whether the work is shifting your numbers. Every six months, a full Baseline reassessment validates structural change. You see the data. You own the data.
Structured, Sourced,
Adapted to You
Every practice in TRINITI is traceable to its source: either peer-reviewed cognitive science or provenance-backed contemplative traditions spanning four millennia. You choose your stream or work with both.
The app follows a 36-cycle calendar. Each cycle emphasises a different consciousness category for ten days, creating a rhythm of focus and rotation across the full year. Monthly micro-assessments track your progress.
Your Practice Advances
the Research
Every TRINITI user will contribute to an open citizen-science programme validating the consciousness framework. Anonymised practice and assessment data strengthens the evidence base. The more people train, the better the science becomes.
Methods published. Results shared.
Status
TRINITI is in development alongside the TRI Theorem validation studies and the Baseline Test research programme. The practice library draws on the same scholarship that feeds the Portica research library.
